The model of the Energy Audit Report for individual houses and the minimum requirements that must be taken into account when preparing energy audits for individual houses

This initiative comes in the context of the increased energy vulnerabilities during 2021–2022, when the significant rise in energy prices severely impacted the population's ability to pay. Considering that over 68% of households are individual houses, and a large part of the housing stock has a low level of energy efficiency, the development of standardized tools for energy audits is necessary.

The purpose of the consultation is to gather opinions and recommendations from stakeholders (experts, institutions, the general public) regarding the content and applicability of these documents, which will contribute to improving the quality of energy audits and support decisions for energy efficiency improvements in the residential sector.
