The Ministry of Energy submits for public consultation the draft law on declaring the public utility of the construction of four natural gas transmission pipelines along the following routes: Prut River–Ungheni Gas Metering Station–Todirești Gas Metering

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 239/2008 on transparency in the decision-making process and Law No. 100/2017 on normative acts, the Ministry of Energy submits for public consultation the draft law on declaring the public utility of works of national interest for the construction of four natural gas transmission pipelines along the following routes: Prut River–Ungheni Gas Metering Station–Todirești Gas Metering Station, Chișinău Ring Road, Cimișlia–Hâncești, and Ungheni–Bălți–Drochia.

The draft law has been developed for the implementation of Action No. 288 of the 2025 National Regulatory Plan, approved by Government Decision No. 841/2024.

Deadline for submitting proposals: April 3, 2025.
