In accordance with the provisions of Law №. 239/2008 on transparency in the decision-making process and Law №. 100/2017 on normative acts, the Ministry of Energy submits for public consultation the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Action Plan for preparing for the 2025–2026 heating season.
The draft Government Decision is developed pursuant to Article 4, paragraph (1), letter e) of Law №. 174/2017 on energy, as well as for the implementation of Action №. 292 of the Government's Action Plan for the year 2025, approved by Government Decision No. 841/2024.
The main objective of the draft is to identify and timely implement measures for preparing for the 2025–2026 heating season, in order to ensure reliable supply of energy resources and utility services to the national economy and the population.
