The final draft of the Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation for the implementation of joint projects in the field of renewable energy with EU Member States, parties to the Energy Community Treaty, or third countries (No. 77/MEn/2025).

In accordance with points 230 and 231 of the Government Regulation approved by Government Decision No. 610/2018, the Ministry of Energy publishes the finalized version of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation for the implementation of joint projects in the field of electricity from renewable sources with one or more Contracting Parties to the Treaty establishing the Energy Community, European Union Member States, or third countries (unique number 77/MEn/2025), based on the proposals, objections, and recommendations expressed during the endorsement and public consultation process.
