The Ministry of Energy, in accordance with the provisions of Article 23(1) of Law No. 100/2017 on normative acts and Article 9 of Law No. 239/2008 on transparency in the decision-making process, announces the initiation of the drafting process for the Government Decision on exempting the State Enterprise “Moldelectrica” from paying dividends related to net profit.
