Guidelines for Conducting Energy Audits in Buildings

This guide is intended for qualified energy auditors registered in the electronic register of energy auditors maintained by the Energy Efficiency Agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Energy Auditors and Energy Auditing, approved by Government Decision No. 676 of 10.09.2020.

The guide provides general directions regarding the conditions and methodologies used in conducting energy audits in the building sector. It also includes the main obligations, recommendations, fundamental principles, and general methodological guidelines related to the development and structuring of an energy audit report in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework applicable to energy auditing in the Republic of Moldova.
