Government Decision No. 251/2024 regarding the financing of the Energy Efficiency Fund in the Residential Sector (FEERM) has been approved.
During the PI CNED Council meeting on June 12, 2024, the following financial products were approved:
- Energy efficiency for apartment buildings.
- Energy efficiency for individual houses in rural areas with extreme energy vulnerability.
Operational manuals for these two financial products have been approved.
55 energy audits for apartment buildings and 14 energy audits for individual houses have been conducted, and the project design phase is about to begin. An additional 44 energy audits for individual houses are currently under development.
To promote and facilitate the efficient use of energy by household consumers by optimizing energy consumption in residential buildings.
